Our 2021 Windy Gully Rosé is a blend of 50% Shiraz and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon fruit from our vineyard in McLaren Flat. A light to medium bodied, dry, fruit forward wine. The aroma has lifted floral notes with lots of cassis, cherry, raspberry and strawberry with hints of warm spices. On the palate expect blackberry, cherry, redcurrant and berry flavours with a slight blackcurrant tartness. Balanced with green capsicum and green olive with a pepper finish. Very rich and creamy finish. Match this wine with Seafood Linguini, Chilli Crab, Peperoni Pizza, Lemon Roast Chicken, Duck Pate with fresh toasts.
